Nathan: "I'll be back" (Sun Feb 17 08)
Edward Nathan will be returning to the USA in March to finish off his degree, and has said that he will be participating in the Maricopa Cup third round on Sunday March 16. We look forward to welcoming him back, even if it is just for this one event.

6. USA: Maricopa Cup round 2
On Sunday February 10 the second round of this year's Maricopa Cup was played in Simi Valley, California. Eight players played in the tournament, making it the
best attended Maricopa Cup round in its three year existence. There were surprises too. Steve Tucker ended Wayne Smith's six year unbeaten run with a 1-0
victory, and finished the eventual winner. And newcomer Andrea Guarducci beat Simon Hutchinson.
